Not with a business plan. With a toddler on my hip, a job, and a body that felt like it belonged to everyone but me.
I wasn't burnt out in a single sense. I was just... accumulating. The feeds, the outings, the meetings, and the mental load that follows you into the shower. None of it heavy enough to complain about, but all of it was there to feel.
I wanted that rested, 'ready' feeling... not after a 2-day retreat or a massage, but right now, on the morning of a Tuesday between a tough drop-off and getting ready for a big meeting. I wanted it in the ten minutes I actually had.
So, my husband and I started making something for that. We worked with formulators, friends, and together far into the night, to create the thing that we thought would help.
And so began, soft pause. Made in Melbourne, for us, for you, and for every body that's been holding everything together.
