When should I use the Reset Balms?

The Reset Balm was designed for use any time of the day, but especially in the in-between moments. To relax during a commute, through the 3pm slump, between work and home, or the 2AM feed. The vessel is compact, and the stick format means that you can apply it anywhere mess-free!
Where can I use it on my body?

We find that the neck, shoulders, wrists, and temples are the most effective application points; areas where you naturally hold tension, and where the scent experience is closest to you. You can also apply to your lower back or chest, and areas that need extra moisturising like your shins and heels too. Given the sensorial nature of the product, avoid contact with eyes, sensitive areas, and broken skin.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

The Reset Balm is formulated without camphor, high essential oil loads, or ingredients with 'sting' given the little hands we're often around. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing any new product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as everyone's situation is different.
Where are your products manufactured?

soft pause is made in Melbourne, Australia. Our formulation was developed with an Australian cosmetic manufacturer and every batch is produced locally.

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrived damaged, was missing items, or didn't arrive at all, we want to hear from you.
